Anger Management 

“Anger’s Alive!”

This is an 8 week anger management course.  Classes will be held on 8 consecutive Monday evenings, from 7:00 to 8:30 pm.    The cost for this 12 hour course is $350, payable in advance.  The curriculum includes psychoeducational, verbal, and a video component.  Topics included will be:  

• identifying feelings that lead to rageful behaviors 

• developing skills to cope with difficult emotions, and promoting positive interpersonal relations.  

This group will be co-led by two Masters level therapists, both licensed as drug and alcohol counselors in the state of Connecticut.  The instructors are Kathleen Chase MA LADC and Mary O'Keefe RN MS LADC.
